There should be a mutual beneficial relationship between the property management company and the owner of the property to maintain it profitably. The manager should discuss his plan of action and the outcomes of such actions with the owner of the property. This will help in running the management functions efficiently. As in all other formal, business relationships, the relationship between the landlord and the manager of the property should follow a binding agreement. This will help in resolving any disputes if they arise at all. Usually, although some basic points are standardized the exact clauses laid down in the agreement differ from company to company. They can be discussed upon mutually between the owner and the firm and then laid down.
